i hate cleaning unless i have music then it puts me in the mood to clean and makes me want to clean everything in sight!!!!!!

I especially like to have the whole house to my self(home by myself) and blar the music and clean,sing and dance don't dare ask me to clean if i can't have music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It must be the "Carolina Girl" thing...I don't like to clean without music, either. It stimulates me, so I can dance around and clean at the same time. I get all crazy, dancing and singing around, putting on a show! Any type of music will do, country or rock, as long as it's upbeat. And I'm 50 years old! But I've always done it. Television doesn't have the same effect.

Music is a necessity when cleaning because it helps the time go by and it makes the job more relaxing. Depending on where I'm cleaning, my music has to be something smooth that I can sing to, nothing to hyper where I'm too busy dancing to clean.

Music videos every Saturday morning my daughter and I dance all over the house while cleaning. Takes twice as long, makes the job three times the fun

PRAISE THE LORD SOMEONE WHO FEELS THE SAME WAY!!!! i recommend evanescence, keane, pussycat dolls, e-40, OKgo, cartel, or even earth, wind and fire! those artists always get me in the mood to clean, and even dance!! so im always having a better time cleaning when im in a good mood. even though some of the songs by the artists are a bit inappropriate, they have a cool beat that makes me wanna dance!! and the song here it goes again by OKgo is upbeat and punk, and the music is catchy and puts you in a good mood. hope i helped!

Music definitely helps, it depends on my mood, what I want to hear. If my fiance and I clean together, then we usually like to listen to old R. Kelly or something else like that, that we both know the words to, we sing along with it, and then usually shower and go to bed together soon after! Ah the power of
R. Kelly!

Yup, that's me too !!! It makes a BIG difference, if I can have the house to myself and just listen to my favorite music while I'm working. Now that I have the iPod, I can use that, but it's still better if there's nobody else home to get in the way.
I go walking every day now, as the doctor told me I should do for my blood pressure, and it makes me look forward to the walk, too!!

I enjoy cleaning a lot more with music. iPods are great for vacuuming... you can drown out the vacuum noise with music that doesn't blare through the whole house!
My favorite CD to clean to though, would definitely be Sugar Ray's "Floored." It's so energetic!

I only clean if I have good music. Rock music so basicly all the songs on my iPod say it's okay to clean if I have to. But without the music Ill b***h if i have to clean.

I hate washing dishes. That's the only time I listen to music while I'm cleaning.
