For that money in Wales you should get a 5 bed with paddocks and a stable...!!! + a few sheep ,if you get bored... :).

Try Scotland , Nicer people , better houses...But you must like the rain....cos its pissing down most of the time..!

Essex will get you a Nice 1 bed Flat for £100,000..!
Good luck.
Paul ( Essex 4 bed House and all mine ).. :)

i sold my house (mid terrace) 2 beds in glw (10mls outside city) for 70k so MAYBE u might get lucky for an end terrace at 100k,unless you want some where well out of the cities, but then every1really wants to escape the cities & are moving out to commute, i've seen them in aberdeen(new scheme)for 350k

There is a 2 bed eot in my patch for sale at £118K dunno what you could get them down to. Quite rural, 2 buses every hour to Wales newest city good dog-walking nearby and close to M4.

But seriously, why did you move?

£80,000 will get you a detached house on the South Coast.

Well, not exactly a house, more a beach hut.
