Plant Cells have:
(1) Cell wall- Gives the cells a rigid shape so a plant can stand up
(2) Chloroplasts- converts energy of sunlight to chemical energy
(3) Central vacuole (CV): functions as storage, breakdown of waste
(4) Tonoplast: a membrane that encloses the CV
(5) Plasmodesmata: are channes through cell walls that connect the cytoplasms of adjacent cells

Animal Cells have:
(1) Lyosomes: digestive organelle
(2)Centrioles: unkown function

Plants generally have but animals dont...

Large cell vacuole, Cell wall, Chloroplasts

Both generally have...

Plasma membrane, Nucleus, Mitochondria, Golgi Apps., Endoplasmic reticulum, Centrioles, Cytoplasm
