You will always be busting to urinate the next morning............unless you are experiencing kidney failure.

Urine is primarily filtrate from the kidneys as they clean your blood. As your circulatory system is constantly operating, so too is kidnely filtration.

Two things to keep in mind. What you eat and drink goes through the following path
Mouth - alimentary canal - stomach - intestines - rectum

Nowehere is the bladder/urethra mentioned.

Therefore, that uses a different system...............all nutrients is absorbed through the stomach and intestines into the blood system...which gets filtered through the kidneys...which empties into the bladder....

And while you sleep, this system is ongoing

it doesn't make any difference, Your kidneys work constantly, so after 7 or 8 hours sleep, your bladder is full. If you don't have to go really badly when you get up, you aren't drinking enough. your best bet is to totally empty your bladder before you go to bed.

Have your last drink at least an hour before you go to bed. And be sure to go right before you go to bed.
