LOL, what constitutes "sense"? Do you mean convert another person's thoughts to conform with yours? Perhaps the muslim individual is asking the same question. You cannot change another person's fundamental beliefs with talk. I don't think you would want someone to try to tell you that everything you believe in and live by is "wrong" and that you need to change to their way of thinking. Live and let live. You will be a much happer person that way.

It's very easy. You just talk.
However there is not a thing you can do to influence whether you are listened to or not.
Those who are prepared to listen and consider the views of others are not the ones who we need to get through to, those who would harm us will never listen anyway.

earlier today i attended a lecture on how to reach Muslims with the gospel. it is important to strike up a friendship, rather than come at them suddlenly trying to change their beliefs. How do you talk to a Muslim? - Smile and say hello.

actually muslims are very respectable people it's the terrorist s who arnt you need to ask why they they resort to terrorism, because of our government!, i think you need to find out your facts before you say stupid things like that, you could really offend someone

C - Giving examples would be good, they tend to be very helpful.
D - Be nice and polite and no insulting.
