OH....yeah, I'm sure that's a pretty direct quote by bin laden....

Just like he said he didn't have anything to do with 9-11? now we're listening to bin Laden...I see.

I've heard estimates that Al Qaeda members could make up 5% of the insurgents. This comes from the troops on the ground there.

What link between Iraq and 9/11? You need to get your talking points from a more reliable source. No one (except some Democratic wack jobs) has tried to connect Iraq directly with 9-11. And why should it be far fetched that Al-Qaeda is in Iraq. We've slain some of their main leaders and operatives there. So what's your problem?

Yes, Bin laden said that he had nothing to do with 9-11 and you believe that lie? Now we have evidence that he is behind 9/11. When did the Bush Administration ever said that Al-qeada was in Iraq, huh? Well Al-qaeda is in Iraq now, are you happy now?

Another delusional appeaser that doesn't know the real threat of radical Islam.
Funny but sad.

Well put lobo!

Al-Qaeda was definitely not in Iraq during the reign of Saddam Hussain. This has been testified by CIA even. But you really do not know the situation now. I mean how large do you think is the GREEN zone in Iraq?? not much. Beyond it????? god knows. America has created precisely what it wanted to avoid. A breeding ground of terrorists. It has created chaos. Every chaos tries to drift towards somekind of order whether good or bad. So in all probablity, may be, perhaps.......now Al Qadea is there in Iraq.

Al-Qaeda was never in Iraq. In fact Saddam did everything he could to keep them out. Now that he is no longer in command Al-Qaeda is all over Iraq. There is NO link between Iraq & 9-11 Bush just used 9-11 as an excuse to finish what his father started...

Of course Al-qaeda is in Iraq, have you been in a cave for the last
5 years?
A few news clippings below.......

Tests are being done on DNA taken from a slain militant to determine if he is al-Qaeda in Iraq leader Abu Ayyub al-Masri, but the US military said it is "highly unlikely" that the terror chief had been killed.

A US military spokesman, Lieutenant-Colonel Barry Johnson, said that a number of al-Qaeda suspects were killed in a recent raid in western Anbar province and initially "we thought there was a possibility al-Masri was among them."

Al-Masri took over al-Qaeda in Iraq after Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was killed on June 7 in a US missile strike northeast of Baghdad.

US officials said al-Masri joined an extremist group led by al-Qaeda's No. 2 official in 1982.

He joined al-Qaeda training camps in Afghanistan in 1999 and trained as a car bombing expert before traveling to Iraq after the US-led invasion in 2003.

There is a terrorist group in Iraq that allied themselves with Al Queda, after the US invasion. Al Queda is happy to get any allies they can get, so they have accepted them into the fold.

But, you could kill every one of them, and the Al Queda organization would not be hurt at all.

It is a lie. Bush took us to war on a lie, actually many lies. He & his staff say that the inside information they recieved was that Al-queda was in Iraq, linked to Sadam ETC ETC. Several reports have been done that verifiably prove everythin Bush & Condalisa said was absolute crapola. But, they will still tell you that the info. they had was solid. They will not back down from the lies.
