Sports bra, should be very snug. If this isn't enough for support, try wrapping an ace bandage around first. Tight enough you can handle it without pain but not tight enough your skin starts to change colors.

Maybe try out for a sport that doesn't require much action, motion so they don't bounce as bad?

you need a sport bra that fits you just right not too loose but no too tight. that should help you, but u should wear both a bra and a sport bra when u work out.

LOL!...sorry. Some of the answers are terrible!!......ok, seriously.....you could get a bra with thick straps and good support. Wear a regular sports bra over it....

first of all ignore the guys who want to see you bounce
unless you really want them hanging on your belly.
get fitted for a really good sports bra, and try any of the
other ideas if one doesn't work. good for you being
active and doing sports. your body will thank you for
the rest of your life.

Try wrapping your chest with a ace bandage, do it over the sports bra.

Wear one that is tight and then wear another one just as tight. I'm a 38 DD and it is possible to keep them from bouncing.
