I assume you are talking about an air gap in the drain line. Yes, this is for all dishwashers. It prevents the drain from backing up into the supply lines, possibly contaminating them.

It depends on your local plumbing code. If you do not install the air gap the drain hose must be fastened up as close to the counter top as you can get it to prevent water from the sink siphoning back into the dishwasher.

IT DEPENDS , SOME STATES REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE ONE BUT YOU DONT REALLY NEED IT, I AM A PLUMBER AND DO NOT INSTALL THEM ALTHOUGH YOU DO NEED TO HOLD YOUR DRAIN HOSE UP UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK CLOSE TO THE TOP WITH A HANGER OR SOMETHING ELSE SO THE WATER DOES NOT DRAIN DRY OUT OF YOUR PUMP.

you don't need a vent for dishwashers. you only need the vent through the counter if you have a garbage disposal.

No they are not reguired, unless the drainage cord is to long or must be twisted to fit under the counter.
