The scientific answer is to reproduce (survival of the species).
The humanistic answer to me is that the meaning life is what ever you want it to be. The meaning of my life is to experience and learn.

Have you ever realised that you are the only person that
can look in a mirror and see yourself in real time. Think
about this for a while and it should lead you to the meaning
that you are searching. Hint, the image you see is you and
only you and can not be anybody else. I really would like to
know where this leads you, but this is not allowed on Q&A
however, I don‘t think this is necessary since I know where
it leads to! Also you must understand that belief can not be
imposed on you by others. You need to find it for yourself.
