Well honestly you may never know. The best way to find out however is to keep the lines of communication open with your partner...by telling her what feels good to you and what you like then you can in turn ask her what she likes and what feels good to her.
One way would be for her to masturbate in front of you so you can actually see how she pleasures herself and the areas she likes the most.
Simply tell her that you want to be the best lover for her you can be and what is the best way to bring her to orgasm...

when a woman has an orgasm the walls of the vagina contract. I think this can be felt by the male...my B/F can feel it. Check for this.....

if she looks relaxed and contented and lights a cigarette then chances are shes orgasmed.If she runs to the bathroom after sex and you hear a buzzing noise chances are you've orgasmed too quickly!

some girls can fake them really well, but personally, when I have one, I have to pee after wards and my nipples stay hard for a while so look for these signs and she shouldn't be lying about it anyway, just ask her to please be honest and if she is not having one, try different things to help her out, good luck
