there are hacks that you can do to make the elderly woman pregnant. for example, i've had my main character's grandmother give birth to the Grim Reaper's baby. haha. Just type in Ctrl + Shift + C and the boolproptesting cheatsenabledtrue. (yes, this is what you type...thank me later for having NO life.) lol. then, experiment around with the options. spawn the tombstone of life and death and you can do SOOO much with that. my favorite is making my sims have twins and killing sims that annoy me in REALLY creative ways...like through the plague and "death by flies." hahaha.

When my old couples Woohoo, I've never seen the option for make a baby, so I'd guess that means the answer is no. I also noticed you can't use the life juice to go back out of the elderly stage. :(

The elder sim man can get an adult female sim pregnant but not and elder female sim, at least not without a hack.

An elderly male can impregnate an adult female, but an elderly female can't have a baby.

No, he can't. I firstly figured it out by the fact that, when editing your own family, you can't make elderly parents. The only solution is to adopt.

Not sure but if you look into the extreme cheats you may just be able to find a way. You can look online to get info for the cheats.

No, but there is a hack on ModTheSims2.com that can allow elders to have babys. (I really love their hacks!)
