can you only catch a SDT by sleeping with somone who has a STD?

(which will look like a sore) such as herpes. Others, you can get through oral sex, anal sex, or intercourse. Bodily fluids also are a way of contracting std's.If you have an open sore anywhere, and an infected persons bodily fluids makes contact with that sore you could possibly become infected.Some are blood born pathogens, meaning that they can enter your body through someone else's blood via a soar/wound. You can also catch herpes when someone shows no symptoms at all. The best way to know about someone's sexual health per-say, is to make sure that they have been tested.

If the only thing going on is sleeping then no...but if you mean by sleeping as in sex...yes you can catch an std...if someone has an open sore on their mouth I would stay away from it but otherwise sex is usually the only way to get an std...
