i don't know about the currency thing, but I know there's really no difference between the gases. a person I know worked for a auto gasoline hauling company for a while and they said that they put the same gas in the same pumps that there isn't any diff between them.

it's the same as stuff that is priced 6995.95 is cheaper than 7000.

it's psychological. Makes you think it's less expensive.
