The Hippopotamus holds the position for having the largest mouth within land mammals. It can open it 180 degrees wide. However, overall, the bowhead whale has the largest mouth in the animal world measuring one third of its entire body length. These mammals grow up to 60 feet in length, a specimen this size would have a 20 foot mouth!

It depends on if you mean body to mouth size ratio or just plain biggest mouth in the world. If you mean just plain biggest mouth it would be the blue whale.
