I hardly ever get a bloody nose, but when I woke up two days ago I got one and I had another one yesterday. It only bleeds on the right side and I have been getting headaches on that side of my head. Also when I wake up, my neck and shoulder on my left side hurt and I have to massage my neck to get the kinks out. What do you think caused all of this? Thanks for answering!

Headaches are extremely common. Nosebleeds are also common. It's highly unlikely the two are connected or that you have anything serious. However it is reasonable to suggest that should things get worse or not settle over the next week, you should seek a medical opinion.

BTW nosebleeds from the same side in close succession are just the same nosebleed that hasn't had a chance to properly settle yet. Think of it as a cut in the nose which has yet to heal.

I usually get that just before my period. It usually stems from my blood pressure rising just a touch. I usually feel like my head is very stuffed up and ready to explode as well.

Sounds like a sinus infection.
