starts of with a couple. women dies & becomes a ghost. man remarries. at the end man & both women are sat on a fence but are all ghosts.

Blithe Spirit had this theme.

The wife died and the husband remarried. She haunts them both. He ended up dying at the end as well In a car crash and I think they both ended up sitting on the bridge.

The other wife may have died as well

Blythe Spirit. Mrs Arcardie (Marg Rutherford) is superb, as are Rex Harrison & all the others. Great film.

i think in death becomes her. they dint become ghosts, just frail old women as the hubby sticks them back together after they take a potion that will keep them young forever.. unless i am wrong good luck

its an old post war film with Rex Harrison but i can,t think what it is called and its got the winderful Margerat Rutherford in as well
