I can't believe what I'm reading in these answers! Let's get the facts straight, kids!
Before the morning after pill, doctors used to prescribe this method for emergency contraception all the time. You would get a month of pills from the doc, and they would advise the first seven to be taken immediately, the next seven to be taken 12 hours later, and the last seven after that (as the rest are placebos). Some docs would say to just divide it over two doses instead of three.
Just like the morning after pill, this doesn't cause abortion - it stops implantation from happening, which keeps you from getting pregnant right after intercourse.
It can make you nauseus and feel sick, but it will not kill you, hurt you, or cause any type of damage to the fetus if you are already pregnant. You don't need to go to the hospital, and you will not have a deformed or retarded child because of this.
Please don't listen to people telling you you're stupid. Under the circumstances, you didn't make an ignorant choice. I hope you're more careful about protection in the future, and I think that even if you don't have the money for the morning after pill right now that next time you do you should get some for just in case this happens again. Since you had birth control pills on you, I'm assuming you have a prescription, and please take them religiously!
Overall, I think that trying to prevent a pregnancy that you don't want or cannot afford is a great decision, even though the way you went about it isn't the best method out there. It still shows you're responsible enough to make a good choice, so don't let anyone make you feel bad about it.

good grief - about 4 birth control pills equal the hormones in the morning after pill. You could have really done some damage with that amount of hormones. I'd go to a clinic or something, you may need treatment.

AHHH!!! They say 4-6 pills equal the morning after pill. My GOODNESS you should probably go to the hospital and make sure you're ok.... I took 6 once (at the advice of a physician.. you cant get the morning after pill in many places in LA) and I was SO sick I thought I should go to the hospital. Be careful! Talk to a doctor BEFORE you do things like that!

NO!!! Birth control is for prevention of pregnancy that you take BEFORE you have sex. That just doesn't make any sense. Birth Control pills will not cause you to miscarry or abort the baby either. If taken during the entire pregnancy, it can cause birth defects, but it is rare.

That was very unsafe.The mourning after offer high hormones but also very different from a pill that is suppose to be take everyday.There is no home remedy but i would of chanced it before hurting your body.Induce vomitting and visit a doctor as soon as you can.Different pills for different reasons

No it's not the same. I'd see a doctor right away. You just took a months worth of hormones! Maybe next time you'll ask BEFORE you take the pills. Sheesh.

if you arn't sick from it already it coudl also cause other probelsm like liver probelms later in life by taking it like that.
I suggest calling the doctors office and trying to get a apointment-----also next time----just go to planned parenthood----they offer the morning after pill at a discount or sometimes free
if you really think doing this was a smart idea----you shouldn't be having sex in the first place.......rethink sex next time if you are not ready to be a posible parent.

omg do you want to die have u heard of overdosing u can on any type of drug! and no they dont otherwise they would be called morning after pills too if you didnt want to have a baby keep your legs closed! good luck :)
