i want to use a pentium extreme processor 965 so any specific motherboard recommended? what about any other parts you recommend?

i use asus motherboards and i try and get micron ram. but honestly anymore not such a big deal. try looking at intels site for recommendations. i persoanlly like amd processsors. they work just as good maybe even better and they are cheaper on the whole. plus they had dual core first. but try pricewatch.com and newegg.com for prices of compenents. and honestly if you want to go lcd screen which i recommend for your eyes it might end up being cheaper to by a box system.

You want to build your own , you have to know how you don't ask . you read how to build it then build it.
