My mother just told me that I can either get a car for Christmas (along with nothing else) or I will just have to suffer. What do you think? Car or no car? Presents or no presents?

I don't understand what "or I will just have to suffer" means. Does she mean she's buying you a car and if you don;t want it, you won't get anything else?
Fortunately I don't know any parent that would just give their child a car....
Show your mom you deserve the car by helping her keep the house clean, cooking a meal, watching your little brother without being asked, offering to do something for her and generally being a responsible trustworthy kid.
If you are already all these things, and she is willing to buy you a car - then accept it and all the added responsibility that comes with it including buying the licence plates, insurance, gas, upkeep and accessories.

The storage or at a pals residing house or basically positioned a sizable bow on it and stress up and he will probably decide that it is his and pass loopy. Or have him be at somebody eles's residing house and then deliver it residing house and then pass and get your son and bring him residing house and watch his reaction once you pull up on your residing house and the motor vehicle is sitting there!
