WOw you pulled a britney spears, if you are not sure you can always get an uncontested divorce where both parties agree on doing it, but it will probably have to be in Nevada because thats where you got married. Its a jurisdiction thing. And dont worry about god as long as you didnt do it in front of a priest you are fine.

You should contact and attorney and see what's required. You may also want to contact the County in Nevada where you were married (if it was Vegas, then it's Clark County) and find out what they require. It's a good thing that you're both in agreement. It should make the process go a lot smoother.

Annulment has nothing to do with the length of a marriage, but rather for a marriage that's NOT been consumated.
Otherwise, a divorce is in order.

Man may give you an annulment but God will not recognize it. You made a vow to God and your spouse. You will be accountable in fulfilling it.
By the way, sex does not consumate a marriage. Once you say "I do", you are!
