Whoa. Don't tell her you love her like that. This isn't the movies or tv. If you tell her that you love her right off the bat like that, she's going to think you're creepy and will run away. Enjoy the restraining order.
Just ask her out. Keep it not so serious ok? Calm down a bit. Have fun.

Awwwwwww! The love of my life and I now were best friends in highschool since 14 yrs of age. I was very shy around other men and he always made me feel so at easy and happy:) I always had feelings for him and just 2 years ago when I was 22 he told me he had feelings for me aswell. You never know until you try. There is nothing better than your love being your best friend:)

maybe she loves you too. Just ask her 'do you want to take this relationship to the next level'. If she says no, you 2 should still have your friend ship.
