Some pop exploded in the heat and is on the fabric ceiling of my car. It has already dried. How can I clean?

Use lots of water and get as much as you can with that and then while it's still wet use a fabric cleaner with ScotchGuard. The water should get all the sugar and fabric cleaner should get the color out.
