Yes, just about anything is possible when it comes to what can happen and what will happen. There is more gray then black and white when conception is involved. some women bleed throughout most of the cycle which is not normal but it can happen and not even aware that they are even pregnant. The egg is traveling down for disposal during your cycle, so it can be ready for fertilization. Some women spot during times throughout their pregnancy which is more normal than to bleed the whole time, always consult your doctor when something unusual seems to be happening.

If the sperm get in, a woman can get pregnant...it doesn't matter what time of the month it is....there are just certain times when it is MORE probable to get pregnant.
