The rates in nearby Valley View Estate of Ansals at Gurgaon -Faridabad Road have already touched Rs.3000 Per Square Feet though the rates in Gurgaon are higher as it has over 500 MNCs and proximity to Airport; Faridabad rate will also touch Rs.3000 Per Square Feet next year and Gurgaon rates will cross Rs.4000 Per Square Feet.The rate at Sohna Road have already crossed Rs.3500 Per Square Feet.
