I shaved my legs Tuesday but it was freezing and I had goosebumps..afterwards I noticed I cut myself a few times and I assumed it was because I had goosebumps when I shaved. Wednesday morning I woke up with bumps on my legs..well now its 4 days later and one of my legs is covered in these red bumps with white heads..they look just like pimples. They are only from my knee down though..the weird thing is this morning I woke up with 2 red bumps on my waist too. I had chicken pox already. Sometimes my legs itch and sometimes its just painful. What is this!!

They are ingrown hairs, they will go away within a week or less. Don't pick at them or they might scar.

It might be just razor burn or ingrown hairs, but the itching and the pain don't normally occur with those. Have you started using a new detergent or soap? This sounds slightly more like contact dermitis. That is an allergic skin reaction. It causes your skin to "break out," become red, and sometimes itch and be painful.

they do sound like ingrown hairs, i know when i shave and i get cold, my skin does that at times, but on my thighs, it's tiny white heads, with ingrown hairs in them and they do itch and hurt. put some alcohol on them for a few days and it will dry them up!!

I've had the same thing, don't worry, they will clear up. You can use pimple medicine on them if you want to help dry them quicker.

I think the bumps on your waist are something totally different. Those could just be mosquito bites.

Those are not zits, the ones are the hairs developing again from ware you shaved. You will have to use a shaving cream that forestalls or is helping with razor burn and moisturize within the morning and night time whilst you shave, and that are supposed to aid plenty.
