do you think that "managers" and "coaches" really need to have there own uniforms, its the only sport that does that

tradition.... no one allowed in the dugout without a uniform..... that is why....

That is part of Baseball's charm and allure.
Also Baseball is NOT on a clock
and it is the only major sport where
the defense has control of the ball.
