Hypothetical question.

After the pill you will be completely content with being straight. There's no gotchas. Do you refuse or take it?

Yea. I'm content. What? You're not knee jerk reacting are you? I hope not.

I find it hilarious so many of you think I'm straight as an arrow just because I ask a question. Jeese.

When you assume you make an a.s.s of U and me.

Would you take a pill that would make you gay?

Contrary to what you may think, many of us are quite fulfilled just the way we are. My partner and I have been together for more than 30 years. By what gall do you propose we should change to please people like YOU?

Wow, why are people taking this question as an attack on homosexuals? It is just a hypothetical question - it didn't say there SHOULD be a pill or that if there were such a pill that everyone would be required to take it. The question clearly says you have the option to refuse it... if you are happy with being gay then by all means just answer "No." and move on.

For me I would take it if such a pill existed. I'd definitely have to think it over for a good while before I did it but it would uncomplicate some of the things in my life a bit. It is an interesting idea, though.

Umm, Im having a flashback to X-men 3.
Would I take a pill so that I could be like every other bad dressing, conforming, bad dancing breeder........hmmm,,,, let me contemplate that one for a moment.........NO!
Im content with my sexuality, R U?

Yeah, I saw your little extra comment jackass, no I did not think you where gay or straight, U didnt specify. I was asking if you are content with your sexuality. Just a question. Calm down.

Absolutely not. I have a lot of great friends I have met once I came out. Furthermore, I dig the idea of hanging out with guys 24/7. Why would I want to hang with a woman.? I have no interest in what they are interested in.

Think about it...if you are straight...take away the sex and what in the world would make you want to hang out with a member of the opposite sex? They are annoying.

All I have to say is (and I hate to use a movie to explain my point) take a look at XMan 3.

Some people will do it in an attempt to fit in with what society feels is right.

Others will refuse on the basis that they have nothing wrong with them.

It will possibly incite violence.

These question, you say, is hypothetical but you sound so unaccepting of other people's answers and opinions. I'd say i'll take the pill just to make you happy then. Peace.

Would you take one to make you gay, or are you happy with the way nature made you?

No, I have a wonderful life, a marvelous loving relationship, and many dear friends - I am completely happy being who I am.

Pills are for sick people.
I feel fine, thanks.

Now if there was a pill for homophobia, would the anti-gay people take it? That would be an interesting question, I think.

i can see why some would take it. For religious reasons, for social acceptance, for stability or to cover for a mistake (gay in a hetero marriage).

i would not take the pill because i am born lucky to feel very comfy with my sexuality.

If there were such a pill, I'd gladly take it; and be willing to pay dearly for it. Life is so much harder being gay, I wouldn't opt for being gay if there was an option.
