Why people like loud bass sound in their systems, and why don't they think about other peoples ear health?

One guy, like 5 houses away. put his music while cleaning his truck.And like many crazy people who put stereo systems in his cars... they have this bass( not the music instrument)boosting that's so loud i can hear it so bad even in my house. and it shakes the windows and it vibrates so bad in my ears since i have hyperacusis and tinnitus. The music is fine, i dont' even hear it, but the bass BOOOOOOOMM, BOOOOOM, BUM BUM BUM BUM ....oh it's so annoying and i have to deal with pain in my ears all the time...why don't they shut it up, ..and then they are kind of gangsters that wouldn't listen if i went there and asked. What can i do?

I have to agree with you. I hate it when I can literally feel a car coming down the street long before I actually see it. I wouldn't hesitate to call the police if it were a neighbor 5 houses away. That's called noise pollution.

Sad to say it's the way things are in America now. Everyone has forgotten that responsibility goes along with freedom. I blame lazy, stupid parents who won't even allow other authorities to do the parenting job for them.

There's not much you can do. If you call the police, your neighbors will then throw rocks at your windows, cover your porch with doggy-do, and you will be afraid to step outsie but you cannot do a thing about it.

Since people are behaving this way today, even in small towns in the Heartland and the Bible Belt, it is just a matter of time until all our liberties will have to be discontinued. Then you may have some peace but it might be from inside a concentration camp, too. What to do... what to do...

they think there cool, it is actualy childish. the best way to stop it is to get one louder and drowned out theirs each time they turn it on
