Depends on who passed away and how "traditional" your or whosever family are. If they are just regular people, I wouldn't worry about it. But if the family is running around making sure everything is in place and dotting their "i"'s and crossing their "t"'s, then don't flash them around too much!

When I die, I hope everyone comes as they are and have a great big ol' party!!

I don't think anyone will comment on pink nail polish! Don't worry about it!

Maybe think about it this way: the person who died, would they mind the nail polish? That's the question to ask.

Funerals are way more about the attendees than the person that died. It would most likely be considered disrespectful to the family and those closest, especially older people. I think the only way to pull this off would be if you were close to the person. A parent, child, sibling, or spouse may take it as attention grabbing or just plain inappropriate and it would be insensitive to their feelings of grief right now to upset them in any way that is unnecessary. In situations like these err on the side of conservatism.

People should be concerned with the departed and their family and loved ones not the color of someones nail polish .It shows concern for others feelings, and tact on your part that you asked your question. If anyone is offended by your choice of nail polish they need to get a life.

It's not horrible, but you should wear black gloves. If you don't have any, don't bother to to go buy some. People might think its weird that you have neon pink nail polish, but oh well.

If this is who you are, then no. If you tried the color for fun then there might be some people talking. I wore an orange shade when my father died this summer, for me I wore bright colors so it wasn't out of the ordinary. The only thing you may want to try it putting 1 cost of a darker color over it to tone it down or even finding a light shade to make it look like it's opalescent.

it's not horrible...things like that happen to people all the time. do you know what i do sometimes? if you have long nails, you can start to pick the nail polish off with your nails. otherwise, don't worry it's not a big deal!

No just wear ALL BLACK clothes,or put a darker polish on top. Plus I think people arent going to be looking at your nails anyway so you shouldnt worry about it to much.

you can always wear a pair of black gloves. it's not awful to wear the pink polish. the fact that you show how you feel will make people pay more attention to your feelings not your nails.

It's not horrible, but not appropriate. But I don't think anyone will notice. You can always polish over the pink with a less flashy color - try a neutral color it will tone it down..

I think it's kinda innapropriate, especially if you are speaking and if it doesn't go with your outfit. You'll stand out but not in a good way. Try painting over it with a dark red or chocolate brown or even black.
