anyway - you will stop growing when you are done with puberty. this is around 18-22 for most boys. i know i was small until i was about 17 and then i grew alot. i am now 6 feet tall with a 7.5 penis. so it all depends on you. everyone is different.

It will stop at around 22 years of age. Since yours is so large at the age of 16 it may not grow much more. 6 inches is 1 inch longer than average so you are well hung already. Enjoy
