i am visiting england for several weeks and want to get a paypal a/c, however i need to have a debit/credit card that has a UK address because paypal i think, is not available in my country, nigeria. i need to know what bank or financial instituition can give me a debit card. Thank you.

You cannot get a Credit Card if you are a tourist from Nigeria visiting for several weeks England.
