I work with a gal who is drop dead gorgeouse. I like her alot and think she likes me too. The problem is that I am in the middle of a divorce. My x-wife is already talking to another guy but I have waited out of respect for her. Do you think I should go for it or continue to wait? If I wait too long I might miss my oppurtunity.

If all attempts have been made to salvage your marriage then it should be okay for you to enjoy the company of someone else. Dont involve your new found love interest in all the distasteful ongoing events of the divorce or talk about the ex spouse. That is, if you want to build a foundation on the current person on her and you....or do the wrong thing and build a foundation on headache and problems.
Think it out before you leap into a new relationship. Good luck.

Look your going through a divorce. If you want to date then date. You should have divorce papers so have them handy so you can show the gal. Tell her you would like to date but you want to be up front with her that you are in the middle of divorce. Don't tell this gal that you are not dating out of respect to your wife. If you tell her this she should run away from you as fast has possible.
Your not dating because you still love your wife. It has nothing to do with respect. Divorce means it is over and has nothing to do with respect.
I don't think you are ready for any relationships. With this respect thing for your soon to be ex.
Get your head together before dating again

try starting with something casual , she may not want to get to close to you till she sees the divorce is final . and don't forget to give yourself the time to think things out
