umm, all sections are striaght jackass! And its not like breeders cant go to the gay section and spread their hate, they do it allll the time.

I can't believe that you as a black person would ask a question like this.In case you haven't noticed the world has changed.No thanks to people like you.I bet you don't like it that a whole race of people were thought of as being below whites and that you were inslaved.And now you sit here in judgement of others.Hear this and hear this good.People are people,no matter what their color,race,creed,religion,or sexual preference may be.Now if there was a site on here for pedophiles,that would be a different story.The only difference in you and gays are who you chose as a partner.And if you claim to be disgusted,because the Bible says it's wrong,then you need to read a little bit further into the Book.I think you just might find a section in there that says "DON"T JUDGE"! If you don't like the section, then pass by it when you come accross a "GAY" question.You have that power within you.If you don't like something,then choose not to adknowledge it,and go on about your business.I think a better question is,why is there a "dining out section"?Everyone on here is from different places.So if someone in Calif.is raving about a resturante,alot of good that's going to do a person that lives in Rhode Island! And why is there a "local business" section? What is "LOCAL" when you're talking about the whole U.S.A.? The whole world is directed towards straight people.So,if YAHOO was so kind as to reconize a separate group of people,then kudos to them.I'm just suprised you're not up here ranting and raving about why isn't there a "BLACK SECTION"? You would be highly pissed if a non-black questioned "WHY DOES YAHOO HAVE A BLACK SECTION"? You would be screaming RACIST!! Maybe you need to take a stroll back to the days of slavery,and then you could appreciate the freedom you have now.So,why do you question just the little bit of freedom allowed here for gays? Several members of my family are gay.Some are even dating "BLACKS"!! I hope that didn't send you over the edge.But I take offense to you questioning this site.And I invite you to not come back.You do have that freedom.Who would have thought that 50yrs.ago?Just one more thing before I get my blood presure really off the chart.If any of my family members(of the gay persuasion)ever saw you in need,they would give you the shirt off they"re back,and they"re last dime,or piece of food if you were hungry.Ask yourself...would you do the same? NO ONE 'has' a section on yahoo. ALL the sections are devoted to TOPICS of conversation. No area is 'for' anyone. These are not rooms or areas, genius. They are topics for discussion. Good grief, someone's been online too long....

I did not know of this. The only site i have ever visited was straight. Although gays are on most all of them i had no idea one was dedicated to a certain site

You can have every privilege if you belong to a minority, especially if you make a lot of noise about it.
I can't wait until White, straight Christians are a minority then we should get a voice too (guess it won't be long to wait...)

I think they created one so that homosexuals could talk freely among themselves and not be ridiculed by people. Plus, I'm glad they have their own section, that way I do not have to look at all that gross crap on the standard message boards...lol.
