you have what neuropsychologists call a "specific phobia". usually this type of phobia was caused by a certain traumatic event that may have happened early in life like your childhood. the phobia you have of needles is called "aichmophobia". you could also have the phobia of pain or "algophobia".

one thing is that a tattoo needle only goes in about two layers of skin, you really dont see the needle, but when you get that tattooed, it will swell, then you can say you gota big one

I guess you heard the one about the guy who had his girlfriend's name WENDY tattooed on his dick. He went on holiday to Jamaica & saw a guy using a urinal. He noticed WE and Y tattooed on the guy's dick either side of his hand so he said "Is your girlfriend called Wendy?" The guy didn't answer. He just moved his hand & displayed the full tattoo WELCOME TO JAMAICA AND HAVE A NICE DAY

If that's what you want.................".Feel the fear and do it anyway !!! " a very good book too if you want to read it. Who knows ? could stem back to your early childhood, when you first had jabs, perhaps this was a very traumatic experience. can you ask your mother? Good Luck !!!
