Thanks for letting me know that's a good thing to know. I think on Monday I will discuss this with my students. There are a few who have families in Canada and will be better able to explain the manner it which it is celebrated. I wish you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving was Monday, October 9th. Canadian Thanksgiving never falls on a weekend. Thanksgiving is ALWAYS the second Monday in October.

Yes I knew that, I'm a Canucky Girl and we're having our dinner on Sunday :) I just got all the groceries last night, we're having baked ham w/ pineapple and cherries, roasted red potatoes w/ lots of oregano and garlic, yummy coleslaw, totally delicious dinner rolls w/ butter, and I'm making something fabulous for dessert. We're starting with veggies 'n chip, bruschetta, and some other good appys :) I'm tidying and decorating the house today and we have tons to be thankful for :) I LOVE long weekends, WOO HOO!!!
