You can go to microsoft's website under investor relations and they'll usually list their filings in that section of the website. You can also call their investor relations department for a copy as well.

As for finding it from the SEC website, just go to SEC.Gov website (link below).

Just type in the stock symbol of the company that you're looking for and you can scroll through until you find the report you're looking for.

Meanwhile, if you don't want to go through the Government filed stuff, you've got a solution above! :-)

Their annual report is available online. Your answer should be in the report.
