I'm thinking maybe that due to electromagnetic force, the elctrecity can by harnested. If we connect a tube with some kind of flow of positibley charged protons or maybe ions that are positively charged, the positive will attract the negative? Does this make sense?
PS: No stupid smart allek answers, please. I don't mean to be offensive i just don't like it when poeple give an answer like :"In your mother's hairy a s s!" :( :( :(

It's possible, but worthless.

Energy is only worthwhile if it can be gotten for less energy than you get back. That's what make oil such an attractive energy source.

An electric eel provides very little electricity, since it's design for a attack/defense mechanism. It order to maintain the flow of electricity, you would need to constantly stress (torture) the animals and you'd need to feed them food that is mostly used to keep the animal alive, and only a small fraction of that food is actually used to generate the energy for the electricity.

An electric eel is 3 feet long and produces barely enough electricity to power a cell phone. You would be better of using guinea pigs running in wheels connected to a generator.
Sure it's possible but very impractical.

although, as mentioned before, it would be pretty impractical.

but then in the plot of THE MATRIX, humans were used to generate electricity.

Organic dye molecules can be coupled with titanium dioxide crystals to convert solar energy to electricity.

Also, organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) use organic molecules to produce light.

I think that a worthy question, BTW. The only stupid question is the one you don't ask.

Its more of a chemical reaction, harnessing the energy would take more energy than the actual gains of such an endeavor.
