I am not quite sure if you are looking for the highest price perfume or one that is good for you. If you are in the market for yourself, than the "best" is relative. Everyone's chemistry is different and what may smell great on someone may not smell good on another. Take advantage of department store samples and you will soon find a scent that smells great on you.
