Use an easy -out. Heat the broken off part in the head. Let it cool, reheat let cool again. Insert easy out and hopefully it comes out. If you have to drill it out use a magnet to remove drill filings.
Use a rethreader to clean up threads. If you mess it uo you can get a heli-coil insert for the spark plug.

If you are talking about a broken porcelin part, you use the same sparkplug wrench. If the metal body of the splarkplug is broken off, you have a real bad problem! Depending on accessability, you may have to take the head off to even get to it. Even then it can be a real problem, and must be removed with greatest of care, - using special equipment. The problem here is you have to get it out without damaging the head! Sometimes an "easy-out" tool just won't do the job, -and it has to be "drilled out"! Even with the greatest of care, it may damage the threads a little, and a "helicoil" will have to be put in.

Even with the greatest of care, sometimes you will end up buying another head anyway!

What part of the plug? If it is only the porcelain then your plug socket should be enough as long as the hex part is there. If the threaded part of the plug broke in the hole then a drill and an easy-out is what you need. And you need to retap the threads in the hole.

you may have to drill it out. shavings inside the engione arent fun, even for clowns. get a top end / cam change / valve grind gasket kit from fel pro, your 9/16, 3/8 and 1/2" wrenches and get started on disassembling the top end. if you have the head off, a good machine shop can get the plug out too.

remember,

*antiseize isnt just for aluminum heads.

good luck

If the ceramic part broke off, all you need is a correct socket to remove the stub.

If it's just the threads left in you will need a easy-out to get it out.
