The only way to stay the same weight is to exercise and eat a healthy diet. sorry hun.. maybe you could try walking that will help lose weight and its not too hard to do a healthy diet rich in fruits and veggies would be helpful too

If your not willing to exersize, then there is no point to this question, becasue exersize is the only way your going to lose the wieght in a healthy sence.
If your still under the age of 18, your going to be growing, and you will gain baby fat. Eat healthy, and exersize!

are you a kid and possibly still growing. dont sweat it, but you need to exercise. you WILL be fat i guarantee it if you dont exercise.
