I'm choreographing a dance and i need ideas for animals that are good to interprut through movement.

Felines such as Tigers, Cheetahs, Lions etc. they are graceful yet stealthy.
Monkeys are cool playful and acrobatic
Young animals they are carefree and there learning to be adult animals is playful and very interpretavie.

i like the ideas the first answer had with birds ans butterflies..fish sound reasonable too or anything that swims in water. look up some hula dances. They usually tell stories and there's bound to be a hula dance about an animal. I'm not saying use the hula dance though, but if they can dance as the animal so can you. Indian dances might have some ideas as well.
