Once again, letters like this baffle me. A normal person would call their doctor, go to the emergency room of the hospital, or seek help locally instead of expecting non medical people to take a guess at what might be your problem.

Rule of thumb - if you are feeling some discomfort or muscles soreness you ice things, take an anti-inflammatory and watch it. If you are in pain, cannot move normally, etc. you seek medical care at once.

Considering you have had previous back injuries I don't understand what you are waiting for - paralysis?

Go see a doctor.

I have fallen off prolly approximately 25 occasions even though that's only a tough bet. The ones I don't forget in specific are: Fell off at a exhibit one time whilst my horse refused a soar and tore my wrist up lovely unhealthy. The first time I ever rode bareback I fell off from from canter whilst the pony spooked and I landed at the enviornment rail. Cracked my helmet in part, it could had been my head cracked had I now not been dressed in one. Then again in November I used to be leaping a 3ft vertical bareback. Had already jumped it three occasions that day however for a few intent this time the pony hit the soar and as a substitute of it collapsing love it used to be intended to my horse flipped over it. I used to be thrown off and landed on my shoulder inflicting a open fracture(bone via epidermis) of my collar bone. If I were driving in a saddle I could have ended up underneath the pony whilst he fell. And unhappy as it's, I used to be dull ample to do the distinct equal factor four weeks later. The horse simply took off flawed despite the fact that this time so he did not fall however I did, even though fortunately this time the one factor harm used to be my pleasure.

It sounds like you have developed inflammation or pinching of the sciatic nerve. Rest and anti-inflammatories should help. You may want to see your dr for appropriate doses and rehab issues.

Possibly bruised a bone, although without actually seeing or knowing exactly where it hurts, it is impossible to tell. You should see a dr. or go the ER.
