From the pictures those guys posted on their website, I think they were trying to get you pregnant. OK - if this letter is not a joke - which I think it probably is, then you need to get yourself to a hospital at once. Not only for a tetanus shot, but if you are a girl, to be checked for sexual intercourse and disease.
