Why should anyone be laughing. You would think they had lost 6-0 or something. There are not that many easy sides internationally as the lesser nations have improved. England still got a point and they are still top of the group. They have not conceded a goal for ages and although they did not play very well could easily have won the game. Judge England after the Croatia game. What about Scotland beating the French. Is anyone laughing at France?

The 'players & so called management' are all paid far too much for far too little. Any of us normal minions who were employed to do a job & do it well would be out on their ar se in no time if we performed like them. Their wages are a disgrace when compared to people who actually give something to the nation like the doctors, nurses, police & countless others who wont earn in their entire lifetime anything like the England players are being paid & dont anyone say that the footballers only have a short time of extreme earnings.... maybe they do & then go into management & commentators etc & still get paid a fortune for getting it wrong

Well what happened during the game with Croatia is a bit weird, esp the 2nd goal, it's not strange to get defeated by Croatia, 1st of all it's not a silly small team, they have strong players, nice tactics and mostly they have high stamina like most of the East European football teams they don't count much on techniques compared to tactics and stamina.
But let me tell you this, qualifying rounds has never been the only thing to judge a team (only if they failed to qualify), so just give them a chance to qualify and the true judgement will be during Euro2008.

You should re-phrase your question to " ANY-ONE NOT LAUGHING AT ENGLAND "
They should all be charged with fraud, and under the trades description act by advertising themselves as football players.
How teams keep paying them the obscene wages they do, simply beggers belief.
If you look back at the team of "66" who won the World Cup, it consisted of players that had passion and SKILL and felt honoured to pull on the England shirt, unlike today's so called players that are more concerned with advertising razor blades or hair gel etc.

im trying my best but i genuinally would like yous to do well if a few comentators admit your not the best country in the world ,we get the games up in scotland if they were a bit neutral and concentrated on the facts rather on mythes we would have more respect and that comes from an english lass
