is it possible to get justice without media hype and does it create a hinderance in getting justice for the poor when they are pitted against the rich and the famous?

Media hype usually just makes a bad situation worse & I think it is planned that way! Personally, I see the rich & famous as being used just as much as the poor & infamous get used by the media & society as a whole. It's all just a show for a future tax write-off! Profit & loss are both BIG business in America.

I would say that the media is possibly today's most powerful tool for raising the collective consciousness and without it you are up the creek.
and yes, you will be competing with Hello magazine and the like.
