The sun provides vitamin D, which is not available in most foods. Having a sudden drop in vitamin D, like on a cloudy day, leads some people to feel depressed. The same thing happends in the winter when the days are shorter. It's call Seasonal Affective Disorder. It can happen in relation to changing seasons or changing weather.

Guess it depends on the kind of person you are - some like rainy days and mondays, other love the hot tuscan sun....some feel romantic on rainy days and most times it turn colder when the rain comes, which makes bedrest more likely. others doesn't like the rain, coz they don't want to get wet. Come to think of it i like the 3 pm sun especially when you're under a tree shade....

Because they don't want to go outside and deal with the water. But if they start a fire in the fireplace or woodstove. Bake something yummy and sit and watch the rain with a good cup of tea it will all feel a lot better.

Rainy days give me a relaxed feeling. I am in a nice cozy warm home, fire in the fireplace, my faithful dog by my side, maybe reading a good book, with of course, hot chocolate and brandy with a sprinkle of mini marshmallows..

Most people react in a positive manner to sunlight. I am not one of those people as I prefer rainy and cloudy days because it soothes me.

i don't know when it's rainy i just wanna go to sleep when and sometimes i get bitc*y and boring on rainy days it's weird, it is sometimes relaxing, but when it's sunny, i'm all about the energy baby!
