I need to know which wire goes where on the set of pins. Can anyone help with this?

Hi, the colours of the 4 wires, for the front USB, should be, RED, GREEN,WHITE & BLACK. If you look at them, are they in blocks of four or are the wires all seperate?, if they are seperate they will be numbered The MSI block will show your usb connection with 9 PINS and 1 will be for the RED WIRE.

Check your mobo's manual for a pin out diagram or go to the MSI website for a pdf copy of the manual.

The wires have to be in the correct order or you can cause damage.
