People are saying virus? That's hilarious. The place you're going is: http://summerchase.total-vision.net/ and it's an access page for some wifi or other connection you're making while on the go or in a hotel, am I right? That's because you have to pay to get full access to the internet when you're at certain hotspots or connection terminals.

Starbucks does this with T-mobile, most airports have this, etc...

The answer is, you can't do anything except pay for access with the options provided. If this is happening when you're at home and you're sure you're connecting to your own router and not a random wifi signal, then give us more information. But somehow you got here, so I'll assume you're home connection works.

go to www.stopzilla.com and download the software, free for 15 days to protect your homepage. Sounds like about-blank.com has control of your homepage.

Hope this works for you, it did for me.

See if it will let you go to: 64.239.7.56

This is the website for Bitdefender. They have a free scanner that will detect viruses and spyware.

Have you tried to reboot your system in the "save mode", and then scan with your antivirus system. Reboot again and see if it is gone. If this fails you will probably have to reformat your entire system.
