Not any more than non-menthol anyway. The flavoring agents do not have any effect on sexual potency.

I remember being told this about menthol things (not just cigs) when I was a school.
No, it's not true. Cigarettes in themselves can cause impotency, because they block the smaller blood vessels, restricting blood flow to the penis.
It's ALL cigs, not just menthol ones.
