It is called MXC (Most Extreme Elimination Challenges) and is on the Spike Network. It is taken from the Japanese show called Takeshi's Castle.

MXC from Spike Tv also known as Master Extreme Challenge and i believe the voiceovers are done by Joe Rogan and Doug Stanhoe of The Man Show 2nd cast but i'm not sure on that
